Riot please, In game crashing, Weird Noises, Firewall Problem

-I was in game playing, i had lag, not much. But then i got many lag spikes, it reached 8-15 fps. then i could not play, was only feeding, so i went to fix my router. when i was back i kept playing. but one time it reached 3-6 fps and i was attempting to connect, when i did, some weird noises started to sound (not from my computer), and said "Game has crashed" and bug splat appered (i Filled it). When i tried to connect again firewall problem appeared, so i checked if i could open internet, and i could open any page but not play :(

I've been leaving games a lot because of this problem, RIOT PLEASE.
