Wrong Information on Account

For some reason when I am logged on to my account on this website, it incorrectly displays my level as 17, when I am in fact 30. Normally this would be a minor problem, but I wanted to post something on General Discussion as to ask where I should post my discussion of a champion AND a possible rework idea (Gameplay and/or Concepts & Creations). As General Discussion is for lvl 30, it prevents me from advancing. Hopefully this can be resolved and if anyone else is having this problem I would suggest commenting as well on the matter.
