Riots reconnect system

I can't be the only one who has started a game, then in after champ select gotten a bug where it just kicks me out of the loading screen. And Whenever i close the loading screen client and then the normal on to restart and reconnect. After I've restarted, it doesn't even let me reconnect, there is no such an option. This issue has been there for several years now and they can't seem to fix this. I just want to know how many others have the same problem, and I just get so mad, cause i just got into promos and now it made me loose 2 games because of this.
