After Update League Will Crash And Not Open (League is Broken Right Now)

League of Legends will constantly crash over and over again without any reasons. I have a i7600k with a nVidia Gefore GTX 1060 OC and i couldn't even open the launcher or the menu logs.

I opened LoL and its said that it will update automatically by itself. After the update I went into a match. But before the game started league couldn't open the game log and would cosistantly crash over and over again. Then the LoL launcher crashed and wouldn't open for whatever reason. Now I have a 5 x 20Min Ban. I don't know what to do and I really want to get back into my games.... Thanks
