Champion select lobby issue.

In champ select. Pick my champ. Lobby freezes, everyone there stuck and I get a penalty. Rip me.

Why did it happen. Not too big a deal since it's the first time. But just randomly encountered and error. And I got a 13 minute queue penalty for it xD Anyone else having this problem o.o Or just karma.
