Latest Bug - Can't do Anything in champ select

Here the latest bug in this very buggy client. I was in champ select and picked a skin. After that, all of the buttons locked. I couldn't change my runes, pick a different skin or anything else.

This client has been very unstable for a long time. It needs some focus instead of releasing these overloaded champions every few months. I don't care if different teams work on them. The money needs to go to the client until it stabilizes. It is becoming difficult to play.
