Champ Select Bug

There is a bug that I just recently discovered in champ select during the banning phase. I entered a draft game today and was summoner 3. As I attempted to ban, I couldn't lock in. The client only let me "hover" the champ but I couldn't ban him and this caused me to receive a queue ban even though I was there to ban. This also happened in hexakill to my brother where he wasn't able to ban any champs and then couldn't lock in.
