fiddlesticks has the passive of Luden's Echo with out him actually buying luden, i had it from the beginning of the game and i did not buy luden all game. please let me know what is the problem. item 3285 Fiddlesticks

Did you build the new jungle item, Runic Echoes? That has the same passive as Luden's Echo.
