Gameplay bug, Devoure item and Shaco

When I played Shaco and bought the devoure enchatment, the wulf appeared. After my first clear after I bought the item, I was chased by 5 wolfes. At 30 Stacks the wolfs did not disappeard, but now there were like 12 of them constantly running after me and blocking my movements in fights.
