[Gameplay] Hotkeys not working

Sometimes, seemingly randomly there will be games when after connecting to the game and getting in the hotkeys won't work for anything, this has happened to me on multiple champions and there hasn't been any correlation between the instances. This bug is incredibly annoying as i usually miss the first 5 mins. of the game reconnecting to try and fix it.
