So i have the masteries intelligence and sorcery (10% cdr) along with 5% cdr on runes. however, in game, I only have the 5% from my runes. I want to know why my mastery cdr is not working, and does that mean none of the OTHER masteries are working? Am I alone in this?
also of note, for a while, when I would buy any cdr item i would have 40 instantly. not sure if this is relevant or not, have not seen it for a while, but yeah
same.. im about to do a post as well. CDR masteries not displaying in my character stats.
this seems inconsitant. im not sure what is going on and why. out of curiosity, did you have smite in the game you are referring to? ive had problems in some games and none in others
