False Dodging penalty/LP bug

I was in a queue for a ranked game and it was my turn to pick and it said like 30 more secs to pick and then it said i left. I tried to start a queue and i get a penalty for dodging for not even dodging. When I won a ranked game after my PC crashing(idk if this has to do with this at all) it took 17 Lp from me and gave me no EXP. Can I please get an explanation for these?
