Please exclude South African players from leaverbuster

I know this sounds a little crazy but could you please exclude SA players from leavebuster.

After so many years there is STILL no servers for us,so we are forced to play on EU with 200 ping!!!even Dota2 has SA servers,so you can imagine you are a bit behind already! Reason for the exclusion,we have a thing called loadshedding here,where the goverment decides to shut off ALL power to the country when they want to,we pay our bills but the money gets stolen instead of using it for the country! Hence we cannnot control if we leave a game!

Please stop punishing our 3rd world country saps even more than you already are!

By ALL power, do you mean absolutely everything? Because even if there were servers in SA, wouldn't the exact same thing happen? It would be pretty stupid investing in servers there if the government can just shut it down when they want.

I dont know anything about this situation so I can't really say much about it anyway

I know, I was being sarcastic. Its sad how trash the country has become with years, to be the nation where Tolkien or Elon Musk were born to be... that xd

Also, if im not wrong, there's also racism against black, just not south african blacks, so...

oh yeah you must be talking about xeophobia...yeah basically just SA blacks not wanting any other black from Africa to come steal and murder here,they want to do it themself! xD
