Viewing Profile Prevented Champ Selection in Ranked Game [CLIENT]

I clicked view profile on one of my friend's account when the match found screen appeared. I clicked accept as my friend's page was being loaded and when I went to the champ select screen of matchmaking the entire screen went black as if it was trying to load my friend's account over champ select (amidst the ban phase.)

1. Selected View Profile
2. Match Found Screen Appeared For Ranked
3. Clicked Accept
4. Went to Ban Champ Screen
5. Screen Blacked Out
6. Unable To Do Or See Anything
7. Had To Close Client
