Interaction betwen urgot w and hurricane

When you issue a move comand on urgot while w is activated the bolt of the runaan's hurricane stop shooting but when you issue an attack command, the bolt are shooting The bug has been consistant on minion and on the dumies in the practice map

i have been testing this on the PBE server

***Actualy it seem to be when you are running away from the target that the secondary target bolt stop shoting
