Still no spectate...

Honestly, spectatiing is one of the funnest parts of playing LOL. I have been keeping myself busy with other games, but every time i come to play LOL again, and am in the mood to spectate, it crashes. This has gone long enough. Why is RIOT not doing anything to return spectate mode. It seems they are lacking the enthusiasm to fix this problem and i am tired of it. I dont complain much in games, but this is a stupid problem that should be easy fixed.
