Friend List In-Game Time Not Showing Up

[sg-soraka] So uh, I don't really do these kinds of things, but I thought it'd be best to ask for help from the LoL community here. So a few days ago, I ran into a problem. A simple one, really. I would usually hover over to my friend lists as per usual and see what game mode they're playing, along with their champs, and how long they've been playing etc. But recently, these things wouldn't pop up whenever I would hover briefly over their names. I tried to do full repair and reinstall, but nothing has worked so far. Having very little knowledge about computers, those two things were the only big resolutions I could think of. I'm not too much of a tech savvy person, so if anyone would be able to enlighten me on how to solve this issue, it'll be greatly appreciated! [sg-ahri-2]
