Amumu Shop Closed?

Apparently when I open the shop it shows a random crying mumu and the shop doesn't work. It just stays on the mumu and nothing else. Not even the skin shop works.

K, it's not just me. I was about to make a thread myself.
Alright so it seems Riot has resolved this issue but it's still pretty bizarre so I'm leaving it up
