hey can you please fix this bug? it seems like i cant snare yi when he ultis with the Singed E into W combo you can see it in these videos
it happens to me a lot with sej too, i think its related to the champs that cant be slowed

In what way would this be intended it doesnt make sense at all. Being slowed and being rooted are two completely different things. Theres no way this should be intended at least

Are there any comments from rioters saying its intended? If so then i would agree. If there isnt then we shouldnt assume it is and we should continue to complain about it.

I got a replay from riot support on my twitter that said: Highlander shouldn't make you immune to hard CC. Get that reported here! and they linked me this page, so please dont talk if you dont know what you are talking about! People like you are the ones that makes problems harder to solve!
very big brain1 votesCalm down there buddy, was just throwing in my sight, and as far as I'm concerned I've had to deal with this for a very long time, I personally can't remember a time where highlander Yi got rooted from goo fling, but I might be wrong

Head Connoisseur1 votesMy guess is that it's coded to slow by 100% for x seconds when singed uses e onto the w, rather than coded to actually root. Since yi and sejuani have slow immunities, that would negate the effects of the "root".
Bob the Toastr1 votesMy guess would be that it's coded to slow first and then check for the root condition (that they were thrown by E) so since he's immune to the slow it never checks for the root.
