Cant Download League Of Legends

Hello. So my problem started when Riot released the new loging screen. When the new patch window openned (the blue one with ekko, lux etc) just did not loading.I had it running for a night but still patching so i closed it, i opened Lol again and played with the old one. Because i wanted the new one again for the instant log in i tried to delete, re-install league and get the new good-looking login screen. but it did not happened again, back to the old. A Riot Supporter told me to delete Lol and all files through a programm and re-install it from an alternative link he gave me and i did. But guess what. Another night patching and it did not even went to 1%. So now i cant play Lol. Anyone have a solution or the same problem? Please help me solve the issue.
