I don't get PI-EXP in NORMAL GAMES with champions in possession

After leaving LoL at the end of Season 3 (also the season when I started, the season where I bought all my characters, if that helps), I'm back after 2 years and I found this strange case. I don't get EXP nor PI in normal team builder games with champions I have in possession (I get PI-EXP with rotation champs, but I haven't fully tested it).

I have no idea what could have happened. The champs doesn't even appears on my list of "Recent Purchases". I searched for info through all the internet but i haven't figured a single thing.
