Weird Janna Ult and Lee Sin q interaction ( i guess its a bug )

In the recent games, when i try to ult a lee sin out of his q with janna ult , it simply doesnt work. I think thats not how it is suposed to work (since thresh can flay him out of his q). It hapenns most of the times i try to ult him out of his q ( if i had to say i wud say about 75 % of the times ). For more info, check my janna games vs Lee Sin from 23/12/2016.
