[GAMEPLAY] Flashing out of Guardian Angel Just Puts it on Cooldown

I was playing a ranked game today and I had died and was reviving out of Guardian Angel, but i needed to Flash out of the area. I was spamming flash to try and get out but as soon as I revived my flash went on cooldown.

Steps:

1. Have a GA and Flash up.
2. Die
3. While reviving spam flash
4. Flash should go on cooldown like it did for me.

Unfortunately I do not have time to test this bug so it may be common in may be rare, I just hope that it works for you.
