epic client

unable to launch client(ive been trying for over 30 minutes task manager,restart pc,reinstall league,everything it either gets stuck on loading screen or launches without a profile no friends,level,inventory,shop,matchmaking etc. so yeah please help as i cant even dm these idiots @support since whenver i try logging in on their support page it just says "you've been logged out,you will be redirected" and so on.i play on EUNE and i havent seen anything about this (searched everywhere)
