Game Bug (Annoying Scoreboard)

So I was playing as yasuo mid and within 3 minutes of the game I got an annoying scoreboard bug where it would just keep popping up even if I closed it with tab. Every time I pressed one of my skill keys it would appear and disappear as soon as I let it go. Even in the shop whenever I clicked out of the shop ui the scoreboard would appear again. This got real annoying since I couldn't see much of what was happening whenever I tried using a skill so I had to move it all the way down below my hp to actually play decent. I tried unbinding the scoreboard keybinds and it didn't work well because it would still appear if I pressed any skill button.
