Gameplay bug: Varus Q Smartcast

Sometimes when smartcasting q as Varus it will treat the spell like a regular cast instead, requiring a second press of q to fire. As someone who usually smartcasts q, this can be a big problem and very distracting. Seems to happen more often on Arclight Varus than Arctic Ops, but I might be crazy. I don't play skinless very often so I'm not sure if/how often it happens there. Finally got frustrated enough with it after walking into a bush I was going to q-check because I was trying to figure out why q wasn't releasing and getting eaten by the enemy team, getting a 60 second death timer and losing base turrets.
