Untargetability in small champions (and annie) {Gameplay}

So basically There is an issue with smaller champs and targetability. If a large champion, like chogath, stands in front (or on top of) of a smaller champion, the champion becomes untargetable, and the only person you can click is chogath. The only way to dmg the small champion is with aoe abilities. Sure, this can be avoided my moving your camera around until you can click the smaller champion, but that is taking valuable time away from the fight (if it even works). I wouldn't even be reporting it if not for the recent annie update. (It is difficult to pull off) This update made her bear a champion when i comes to targetabilty. It made it so that annie can ult right on herself and become untargetable while she bursts down anyone she wants. It doesn't require nearly as much coordination or timing as the method before, and it can be done on demand.
