3 Client bugs

The first thing i want to say is i do not know how to recreate any of these so showing you how it happened is going to be a problem.

The first bug i have found has been with my runes, i somehow have 10 Greater Seals of Armor, i did buy the tenth one because i thought since i saw it i still needed it (i would like my ip back for it but im not to worried about it)

The second one i found is in my profile when i go to look at the list of champions Cassiopeia's portrait replaced Rammus

And the final bug i found was in team builder where it let 2 Nasus join the lobby, one in jungle and one in top. although it did not let the match start even though it found another team the game wouldn't load. (Also they both showed up in the que at the same exact time so i dont think it can happen otherwise)
