Trying to reconnect probllem

I was trying to stay calm and not write about this but its not good anymore. I was Bronze 3 and i boosted myself to Silver 1.Since than i was having hard times from 10 games in 5 i was having problem with "trying to reconnect" but my internet was perfect everytime.That is the reason why 1 month i dropped twice in Silver 2 and now when i got in Gold IV in the first game again that problem!!! In the most important time of the game and i leaved the game because i cannot reconnect for 10min i even tried other internet ! And now i will get temoprary ban because of Riot :)
