Point Entry Error after Patch 9.10

I am still using Windows Vista but today when I tried to update to patch 9.10 and when I tried to reopen the client, there was a point entry error. Am I the one with this problem? What can I do it to resolve it?

Vista is no longer supported. Get a new computer with Windows 7 or higher. No, I'm not joking. And don't despair either, it only makes our enemies stronger.
