[CLIENT][GAMEPLAY] Darius E reach, and Gifting

While playing a round on Twisted Treeline, we (friends and I) noticed that his reach was double, if not triple what it's animation shows for his pull with his E. Also, (others have reported this as well I've noticed) the Gifting Center will not open at all.
