Did not get Rek'Sai.

So i just purchased the champion Rek'Sai but i did not get her. I used 6300 Blue Essence to buy her and from what i can recall it took me a while to save up to that amount of BE.

What can i do about this issue? I already sent a support ticket, but is there anything else i can do?

EDIT: It all got fixed, I got my Rek'Sai!! Thanks to all the riot game gods!!!! ^^

I did restart the client twice but hey and ho... no difference....

Then there isn't anything else you can do unfortunately, you'd need to await an Account or Store specialist to reply to your ticket.
