Did not get Rek'Sai.

So i just purchased the champion Rek'Sai but i did not get her. I used 6300 Blue Essence to buy her and from what i can recall it took me a while to save up to that amount of BE.

What can i do about this issue? I already sent a support ticket, but is there anything else i can do?

EDIT: It all got fixed, I got my Rek'Sai!! Thanks to all the riot game gods!!!! ^^
