Client Bug

It seems there are many other forums but yet no fix so I guess rito is not doing anything so hopefully after enough of people post about it they will give us a fix, EVERY TIME you open League it gives you 33% and makes you re-patch which takes hours and of course I take breaks so I close out league so this is a pain in the ass, if anyone has a good fix PLEASE tell me.
