Ziggs Particle visibility Howling Abyss

As seen in the clip as well, the primary graphics of the bomb have gotten removed by some means, making pool party ziggs both Q as well as E hard to dodge. (Blue in blue. Horrible.) The E is displayed right at the beginning, with ziggs launching his q twice, first time about 2 seconds in, second time about 1 second till the end of the clip.

This appears to be an old bug still in the need of fixing. Note that this bug is not visible watching the replay, but can only be seen while playing, thus in need of a recording while playing. I cannot tell when the particles started missing, just that some time in the game they weren't there anymore. (and at that time it seemed weird, as Ziggs bombs usually are easily spotable, but not then...)

While it is definitely an annoyance every time this happens, as it is "just" a visual bug and "only" makes counterplaying harder (Again, it is still kind of visible, just barely) it would be good if someone would look further into this (as already stated, I am aware there at least existed a bug like this some time ago) and could resolve this issue.
