Cant open shop in game

I cant open shop in game. When i press p or press on the shop icon it shows advanced stats. When i press c it also shows advanced stats. I tried changing the keybinding and it did the same thing. Been playing for years and this never happened before.

My brother had this problem too. Not sure how to fix it. he even tried restarting the game but it didnt work.
