[Gameplay] Quinn is stuck in Birdmode?

While I was in a ranked game, our top Quinn ulted and remained in her ult form the whole game with no way to change back. Even when she died and respawned, she was still Bird-Quinn. Our team comp is as follows: Top Quinn, Mid Twisted Fate, Yoric Jungle, Leona Support, and Miss Fortune ADC. Enemy: Reworked GP Top, Brand Mid, Nid Jungle, Blitz Support, and Vayne ADC. Not exactly sure what triggered it, but our team speculated the cause was an error in Yoric's coding because the problem happened after Yoric ulted Quinn in her bird form. We ended up losing this game because we had no blind for Vayne, and Quinn's usefulness was limited to splitpushing. I would really appreciate it if rito fixed their spaghetti coding and refund my loss >.>
