Help I got demoted from silver 5 to bronze 1 from losing games

You cannot drop tiers from not playing ranked games in Bronze, Silver, Gold. You will obviously still get demoted if you lose, because otherwise getting below Bronze 1 would be impossible since you are never placed into them after placements.
