Ranked Ladder Promotion successful, but did not get placed into next tier.

RANKED LADDER PROMOTION At around 10:00 PM EST 10/24/2014, I won my 2nd of my 3 game promotion series that should have put me into silver 2. However, instead of putting me in Silver 2 from silver 3, it seems to have reset my promotion series back to the beginning. This is what I think, because after I won my next game, the client told me that I was at 1 win into my silver 2 promotion again. This made me sad.

Note, my 3rd game in my promotion was looking like a loss, but my team pulled off a big upset. Unfortunately, after the win, I accidently skipped the popup message that should of said that I got promoted. Not sure if my super quick response at skipping the popup might have caused the bug.
