Error code 003 bug problem!

I don't know if it's me or is this bug common because this has happened twice to me before. And I'm starting to get annoyed by this bug. Also i have no idea how to prevent this.

I've got the same thing just now. Last time this happened I managed to log in by changing from OCE to NA then back to OCE in the client but I was still unable to queue. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

same issue for me, repair tool isnt fixing it, error code 3 tried a force repatch now league loads trying to repair itself and fails everytime

It started a 3.7GB downloading just now , don't know what's going on

Me also. Could get in to see I'd received a key fragment, but still has the error 003 message.
