Mystery Skin Gifting

> Ive got two different accounts. I purchased rp on one of my accounts to gift my main account mystery skins (skins worth over 975rp) whihc is the 750rp (or the more expensive one) and the same thing keeps coming up over and over, repeating; You cannot gift this as so and so has received the maximum amount of these gifts for the day, when one i havent tried gifting myself and two i havent received any gifts at all... secondly, it also says that the player must be lvl 1 or higher to receive, when you start at level 1 anyway and im level 30... so id like to know why its saying this and recieve help from this because its becoming a joke as i payed money to do this and i cant use it as its not on my main account, and ive used rp already for the normal mystery skins which worked and now im down on rp please fix it and help me out thanks...
