Can't edit masteries

Can't edit masteries. When I went to edit my masteries I went to one of the premade ones and clicked to change, when I learned you can't edit those. Then I made a new page and instead of letting me edit the page it all disappeared and instead all i could see was like the very top sliver of the window for masteries and the exit button for the mastery page.
