Can someone please save me ive tried everything

so after completing a game three days ago i got this weird issue where my play button is completely grayed out, constantly, i left the client running over night because people said it will come good eventually, nothing, I've played around with people suggestions, reported a bug, run a full repair and reinstalled the entire game and still nothing. Please help me i just want to play
