Lp bug - what happends with the ones in promo?

I saw the error on EUNE that the LP loss and gain does not show , but how will this affect the ones in promo, whose wins weren't counted, will they gain their wins when the problem is going to get fixed? My boyfriend played his platinum promotion games while the error occured and 2 of his wins won't show up. (He had already one so technically he should be platinum right now.)
