Banned for botting?

Is this a bug? I got banned for leveling my account with a bot. I've had my account since season 1 and didnt level it using a bot. I submitted a support ticket already. Anyone else having this problem and if so did riot resolve the issue?

I've seen this pop up a few times. Riot (like many other game companies) has to do bot-bans in waves and a few innocent players are bound to get swept up in the net.

If you didn't bot and already filed a support ticket, all you can really do is wait.
