Jungle camps not on minimap

When patch 4.17 came out, i had my first ever "stuck at 33%" problem. I ended up having to reinstall the game to get it to patch as is should. Since then, the jungle camp icons have not been appearing on the minimap, whether or not i have had vision of the camp. I tried repairing the client, didnt fix it. I just now tried reinstalling, and it seems that did not work either. As a side note, i also cannot access any match history reports on the website for na. I can see games from euw, etc. But not my own games on na nor anyone elses. As a side note, op.gg hasnt been working for me today at all, but thats just today as far as i know.
