Similar Connection Error as of path 9.14

I had this issue at the beginning of path 9.14 as well. Right after a new patch was updated on my computer, I get some random connection error.

After champion selection, I got black screen popping up. The black screen froze for a few minutes, and I was returned to a client page with a "reconnect" button. If I had my mouse over to my icon, it seemed that I was connected to the game properly. However, whenever I pressed the "reconnect" button, all I got was again the same black screen and a critical message that said "Unable to connect to this server. Please check your network connection ..."

I'm not sure what the actual problem is, but I think this has been happening to some users now because I noticed some users have not been able to connect to their game, seeming like AFKing to his/her teammates. This is probably going to make me receive some reports for AFKing even though it was uncontrollable. I thought this problem got fixed, but, of course, I was completely wrong. It's unfortunate that this happens because it is hard to predict when it might even occur. This needs to be investigated for improvement.
