game bug ult

everybody know that viegar ult is shooting the enemy a burst when it goes low health. but I tried to ult on poppy when she was at 10% health before she dash on me and there is no dmg at all. is there source of a bug or is it because of the new patch system? please do something about it RIOT

Did poppy use her shield? How tanky was she? How much AP did you have?

There's way to many unknowns in this situation to even be sure there was any bug.
