Caitlin and Lulu crit bug

This happens only when Lulu uses her E on Caitlyn. Delay between the dmg and the auto atack animation happens which causes double crit. for example Lulu uses E on Cait she targets a minion for a auto atack dealing instant dmg without animation of bullet to hit it and when the bullet arrives dealing the same dmg one more time.
