Last year, if you had reached Gold+ you would have gotten a Victorious Oriana skin as a result. I reached Gold 5 in ranked solo but did not acquire this skin. Here are pictures to prove I reached Gold and have no Victorious Oriana skin.

Myrmiron1 votesOpen a ticket, if you were eligible for rewards the support people can add the skin and all other rewards manually to your account. I did that once too for forum badges.
