Couldn't Reconnect To The Game After Game Crashed In Loading Screen.

So, I was in my promos for Gold V, two wins, two losses, and I was queue'd up for my last game. In the loading screen, my game crashed (Which was a very rare event but I usually can reconnect) however, after my game crashed and I tried relogging in, the client said "Game In Progress" but it wouldn't load the game. I tried multiple times until my team remade. After that, I got leaverbuster with low priority queue for five matches and I also lost my promos. I checked my lag report and It said everything was fine. So am I supposed to just deal with the punishment even though it's not my fault?
